Srikanth (Actor) life and biography

Srikanth is a Tamil film actor in Tamil Nadu, India. He debuted in the 2002 Tamil film Roja Kootam. He is credited as Sriram in Telugu films.He debuted in the 2002 Tamil film Roja Kootam before going on to make notable appearances in successful films such as Parthiban Kanavu and Adavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule. Srikanth debuted in Sasi's romantic film, Roja Kootam opposite Bhumika Chawla, which won commercial and critical acclaim. Srikanth then featured in another successful venture April Madhathil alongside Sneha. He bagged the Tamil Nadu State Film Special Award for Best Actor for his role in Parthiban Kanavu, directed by Karu Pazhaniappan. After a string of unsuccessful films, barring the 2007 Telugu film Adavari Matalaku Ardhalu Verule directed by Selvaraghavan, Srikanth has signed several projects including Shankar's Nanban.

He did his schooling in SBOA Matriculation and Higher Secondary School, Chennai and is a classmate of Arya. He did his bachelor's degree in Hindustan College of Arts & Science, Chennai. He married Vandana in November 2007, a Puducherry girl who completed MBA in Australia. The couple had a baby boy Aahil on 28 February 2009. On 28 January 2011, the couple had a baby girl Ahana.
