The Fray frontman Isaac Slade threatened to punch The Killers' Brandon Flowers in the mouth

Two rock bans are currently in war apparently because of some negative comments made on Youtube. The Killers' frontman Brandon Flowers recently was threatened by The Fray frontman Isaac Slade to get punched "in the mouth." It appears Slade saw him making negative comments about The Fray on YouTube: ''When we started making the album – Scars & Stories, I saw footage on YouTube of Brandon getting mad at a Killers crowd who were a little sedate. Brandon was yelling, 'Come on, stand up and dance. This isn't a f*cking Fray show'."

''All I could do was laugh because that's true - we do have a very thoughtful, sensitive crowd who don't get to dance much. Still, I'll pay Brandon back for picking on our fans. Next time I see him I'll have to punch him in the mouth,'' Slade told the Daily Star.

Meanwhile, The Killers have said they will "definitely" be releasing a new album in 2012, and they are currently in the studio working on new material. The Las Vegas band haven't released an album since 2008's Day & Age, though fans were able to get their Flowers fix with his 2010 debut solo album titled Flamingo. Meanwhile, this summer The Killers are set to perform at the V Festival in the UK.
