Aditya Shrivastava life and biography

Aditya Shrivastava is a noted Indian film and television character actor who has played important parts in films such as Satya (as Inspector Khandilkar), Gulaal, Paanch and Black Friday (as Badshah Khan).

He also plays Senior Inspector Abhijeet in India's longest running television police procedural C.I.D. After this he moved to Mumbai, where he got his first break in the 1994 movie, Bandit Queen, where he played Puttilal. He was later offered C.I.D. in 1999, although he played a criminal in C.I.D. episode "The Case of the Stolen Gun" before gaining the role as a cop. He, along with Shivaji Satam, and Dayanand Shetty, is the pillar of the show.
