Ocean began modeling in 2006 after winning a beauty contest. She started pornography in 2007. She has modeled for the likes of Penthouse and Hungarian Playboy. She won the 2010 AVN Awards for Female Foreign Performer of the Year and Best Sex Scene in a Foreign-Shot Production (Dollz House).
Aletta Ocean wasn’t just a hit with her US fans either and back home in Hungary she featured in the Hungarian edition of Playboy. The US wasn’t going to let Aletta go unnoticed however, and in 2010 Aletta won a 2010 AVN award!
She had breast augmentation surgery in January 2010.
