Arthur Moats is an American football linebacker and defensive end for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League.

Drafted in the sixth-round (178th overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft…first draft pick taken from James Madison in Bills history, 12th JMU draft pick in school history and first since 2000 (RB Curtis Keaton, 4th round, 9th overall, CIN)
