Après les Beaux-Arts, elle intègre le milieu de la mode et devient styliste chez Kenzo. Elle se marie le 2 avril 1988 avec l'animateur Thierry Ardisson.
En 1989, naît Manon, puis vient Ninon, deux ans plus tard. En 1996, c'est au tour de Gaston d'agrandir la famille Ardisson. Durant cette période, elle vit le plus clair de son temps en Normandie et se consacre entièrement à l'éducation de ses 3 enfants.
A la fin des années 90, Béatrice Ardisson s'investit peu à peu dans l'illustration sonore de l'émission Paris Dernière créée et produite par son mari. En 2000, elle sort son premier CD sur lequel elle compile la musique de Paris Dernière. Devant le succès rencontré et profitant de son exposition médiatique, Béatrice Ardisson devient rapidement la sound designer la plus célèbre de France
Depuis 2003, Béatrice Ardisson décline avec brio le concept « mania », (IndoMania, ClocloMania, RioMania, BowieMania etc...), en élaborant des compilations très personnelles autour d'un artiste ou d'un thème.
