· “Big Shot Brad” earned his nickname during his freshman season. Late in victories over James Madison (2/11) and Richmond (12/13), he knocked down clutch three-pointers to clinch victories for the Ram
· With nine points and six rebounds in 21 minutes against Citadel on Nov. 16, Burgess became the first Ram to start in his collegiate debut since some guy named Eric Maynor in 2005. Rumor has it that he turned out to be pretty good.
