Career
She was a dancer on Club MTV for 4 and a half years, from 1988 to 1992. She appeared in the 1990 rock video by Manitoba's Wild Kingdom called "The Party Starts Now" and the 1991 rock video by Rights Of The Accused called "Give It All You Got". She was featured in the HDTV video dream sequence in the Broadway show Dreamtime at The Ed Sullivan Theater (directed by David Niles) in 1992. She was part of a trio of dancers who appeared at the Tavern on the Green in New York in 1993. She appeared in Playboy 15 times from 1993.
She appeared in the films Marilyn Chambers' Bedtime Stories (1993), The Naked Detective (1996), Private Parts (1997), and Deconstructing Harry (1997). She appeared in the Halloween episode of Frasier, with Kelsey Grammer, where she played the part of Eve. She wrote and produced a sitcom pilot called Neurotic Tendencies for NBC with Grammer in 2000. Donatacci is in the cast of the new Bravo reality series The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premiering October 14, 2010.
She was born in Newport Beach, California. In 1993 she studied English Literature at Montclair State College in New Jersey, and in 1996 she studied at the UCLA Film School. Donatacci married actor Kelsey Grammer in Malibu in August 1997 after they met at an MTV Party in 1996. The couple have two children: a daughter, Mason, (born in 2001) and a son, Jude, (born 2004). Both children were born via a surrogate mother. Camille filed for divorce from Kelsey Grammer on July 1, 2010. She is seeking primary physical custody of the couple's 8-year-old daughter, Mason, and 5-year-old son, Jude, in addition to child and spousal support.
Donatacci was diagnosed in 1996 with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She and her husband have been featured in Public Service Announcement to raise awareness of the disorder.
