Cara Delevingne life and biography

Cara Delevingne is a well known professional fashion model from the United Kingdom. A top ranked English model who can be seen as the face of Burberry's fashion campaigns. She was ranked #25 on models.com list of the top 50 female models. She was crowned Model of the Year at the 2012 British Fashion Awards.

Her sister Poppy Delevingne is also a model. The sisters are the granddaughters of former English Heritage boss Sir Jocelyn Stevens, who also founded the 60s pirate radio station, Radio Caroline. Cara followed in her sister's footsteps when she became the face of Burberry in 2011.

Cara Delevingne has been called many things... 'The new Kate Moss'.... 'Harry Styles' Ex'... 'Heavy of brow'... But we think 'Cara' suits her best. She appeared in editorials for V Magazine, Wonderland, Love, Numéro, M Magazine, and the British, American, and Brazilian editions of Vogue.

She also appeared on the cover of the British Vogue Supplement.

She's currently signed with Fashion Models in Milan, Storm Models in London, DNA Models in New York, and Elite Models in Paris.

Cara has as her best friend singer Rita Ora. The pair are so close that Cara refers to her as her 'wifey'. Cara might be a professional clothes horse but that doesn't mean she loves everything about fashion - especially wearing high heels, which she admitted to be her least favourite thing about the job.

At the sane time, Cara actually got the acting bug after making her big screen debut alongside Keira Knightley as Princess Sorokina in 'Anna Karenina'. She says her dream would be to work with Meryl Streep or Martin Scorsese.
