Chad Rogers is an American realtor and television presenter. His practice is located in Beverly Hills, CA. Rogers starred on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing in seasons 2 and 3, before discontinuing his participation for season 4..

Born and raised in Southern California, he returned to the west coast after graduating with a degree in Business and minor in Finance from the University of Denver. During this time Rogers also earned his real estate license.

Since the start of his career, Rogers has built and maintained a reputation among power-player clientele, including professional athletes, celebrities and high-ranking business officials. He works for Rick Hilton and Jeff Hyland at the prestigious Hilton & Hyland real estate brokerage. Chad frequently consults with various media outlets including The Los Angeles Times, LA Direct, Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Angeleno Magazine, InTouch Weekly, The Real Deal, TCHAD Magazine and Hot Properties. Rogers speaks at engagements such as Scottsdale Luxury Home tour Holiday Soiree event, The University of Redlands, LA's Matters on Design event, Natpe, The Learning Annex NYC and the "Success 101 Speakers Series" hosted by the Young Professionals Global Network at Pepperdine University in Malibu.

Rogers handled the sale of Lawrence and Linda Elin's home for $14.5 million, much lower than the $21.5 million he originally listed the property for. He also taught a real estate seminar at The Learning Annex in New York in May 2010. He participates every year in the "EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Woman".

In 2010, Rogers sold $80 million dollars+ of real estate according to his own website. Two of his sales accounted for 2/3 of that figure.
