Drafted in the first round (22nd overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft by the Broncos, Thomas Demaryius posted the fifth-best receiving average (19.5) for a career in Atlantic Coast Conference history… Finished his three-year playing career at Georgia Tech ranked fourth in receiving yards (2,339), fourth in touchdown catches (15) and seventh in receptions (120).

2010: vs. Seattle (9/19): Led the team with 97 receiving yards in his NFL debut that ranked fifth among active NFL players in their first NFL game. Caught first NFL touchdown on a 21-yard pass from QB Kyle Orton in the fourth quarter to give Denver a 31-7 lead. vs. Indianapolis (9/26): Made a 16-yard reception that set up QB Kyle Orton's 48-yard touchdown pass to WR Brandon Lloyd on the subsequent play. at Tennessee (10/3): Made his career debut as a kick returner and returned four kickoffs for 144 yards that tied the most return yards in a Broncos rookie's first game as a kick returner (Gordie Sellers, 9/3/1966). Recorded the longest kickoff return of the season for the Broncos with his 65-yard return in the third quarter that led to a 35-yard field goal by K Matt Prater.

2009: Thomas started all 14 games as a junior at Georgia Tech and finished with 46 receptions for 1,154 yards (25.1 avg.) with eight touchdowns... Earned third-team All-America honors from the Associated Press along with first-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference accolades... Tabbed a semifinalist for the Biletnikoff Award (nation’s best receiver)... Placed second in the nation with a school-record 25.1-yard reception average... Registered the second-highest single-season receiving yardage output (1,154 yds.) in school history despite playing in a triple-option offense that completed only 78 pass attempts all season... Was one of just three NCAA FBS players with at least 40 receptions to average more than 20 yards per catch... Caught 17 passes of at least 20 yards.

2008: Thomas started all 12 games for the Yellow Jackets as a sophomore and had 39 receptions for 627 yards (16.1 avg.) with three touchdowns... Ranked eighth in the Atlantic Coast Conference with an average of 52.3 receiving yards per game... Caught nine passes of at least 20 yards... Recorded at least one reception in every game... Was on the receiving end of all nine Georgia Tech completions for the second-most receiving yards (230, 25.6 avg.) in school history vs. Duke (10/3).

2007: Thomas appeared in 13 games (10 starts) for the Yellow Jackets as a redshirt freshman and finished second on the team with 35 receptions for 558 yards (15.9 avg.) with four touchdowns... Named honorable mention Freshman All-America and first-team Freshman All-ACC by The Sporting News... Started the final eight games.

2006: Thomas redshirted as a true freshman at Georgia Tech.

HIGH SCHOOL: Thomas attended West Laurens High School in Montrose, Ga., where he was a first-team Class AA all-state selection by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and a two-time all-region and All-Heart of Georgia choice... Caught 56 passes for 756 yards (13.5 avg.) with seven touchdowns as a senior... Registered 32 receptions for 330 yards (10.3 avg.) with three scores as a junior in addition to seeing time at cornerback... Played on the school’s state championship basketball team, seeing time at shooting guard and small forward.
