Hugo Becker is a French film and television actor. He is known on his role as Prince Louis Grimaldi in the television adaption of Gossip Girl on the CW Television Network.

After graduating from both French and English drama schools (Conservatory of Dramatic Art; Royal Academy of Dramatic Art), Hugo was awarded Young Cannes Talent in 2010 at the Cannes Film Festival. During the same year, he made his debut on screen with several character roles, as a young politician in The Assault (L'assaut) dir. by Julien Leclercq, a drunk hitchhiker in The prey (La Proie) dir. by Eric Valette, a heavy student in The very First Time (La première fois) dir. by M-C Mention-Schaar, a funny young trader in The Cruise (La Croisière) dir. by Pascale Pouzadoux. We can also see him in two police TV shows, in which he plays criminals, or young prisoners.

Becker made his American television debut in the role Louis Grimaldi, of a Prince from Monaco and love interest to Blair Waldorf in the CW series Gossip Girl, shooting two episodes in Paris.

In 2011, Becker returns to Gossip Girl for five additional episodes of its fourth season, and will reprise his role through the series' 100th episode. He appears in a leading role, alongside Greta Gerwig and Adam Brody, in 'Damsels in distress' directed by Whit Stillman which closed the 68th Venice Film Festival (Mostra of Venice) and was selected in the Toronto Film Festival.
