Jorma Taccone is an American comedy writer-actor-director. Taccone is one third of the sketch comedy troupe The Lonely Island along with childhood friends Andy Samberg and Akiva Schaffer. In 2010, he co-wrote and directed the SNL spin-off film MacGruber.

Taccone was born in Berkeley, California, the son of Sue Ellen and Tony Taccone, who is the artistic director of the Berkeley Repertory Theatre. He is of Italian and Puerto Rican descent on his father's side. He is a graduate of UCLA Film School. Taccone married Marielle Heller on June 30, 2007 at Mission Ranch, Carmel. Jorma's brother, Asa, often helps The Lonely Island by making music for their shorts.

Comic actor and writer Jorma Taccone first started to make a name for himself in the world of comedy as a member of the comedy troupe Lonely Island, the same group that gave Andy Samberg the exposure that helped land him on Saturday Night Live. Taccone rode the trio's on-line success into appearances on Channel 101 as well as the occasional appearance on Saturday Night Live. He and Samberg teamed up in the comedy Hot Rod in 2007, the same year Taccone contributed to the script for Parental Guidance Suggested.
