Judy Greer is an American actress, known for portraying a string of female characters, including Kitty Sanchez on the Fox series Arrested Development and Cheryl on the animated comedy series Archer. Greer has had a supporting role in a number of romantic comedy films, including The Wedding Planner, 13 Going on 30, and 27 Dresses.

Judith Laura Evans was born in Detroit, Michigan, and grew up in Redford Township and Livonia. Greer attended Churchill High School in Livonia. Greer graduated from the Theater School at DePaul University in 1997.

Still in 1998, Greer appeared alongside Friends star David Schwimmer in the romantic comedy Kissing a fool as Andrea. In 1999, Judy Greer appeared in three films, as Fern Mayo/Vylette in Jawbreaker, as Cathy Diatch in Three Kings and as Tracy in The Big Split. In the same year she appeared in two TV series, Love and Money and Maggie Winters. In 2000, Greer appeared in four movies: as Rebecca in What Planet are You From, as Deadly girl in The Specials, as Erin in the Mel Gibson movie, What Women Want and as a waitress in Sunset Strip. By this time, she had started to gain some clout.

In 2001, Judy Greer appeared in the box office hit, The Wedding Planner as Penny alongside Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Lopez. 2002 saw Judy appearing as Alice the waitress in the comedy Adaptation, a film that got her rubbing shoulders with comedy greats and she also recorded various voices for Family Guy. The voice thingy started with the English version of the Japanese animation The Cat Returns, where she was cast as Yuki. She would later go on to acquire fame in other animated projects (Archer and Glenn Martins DDS) by virtue of her voice.

Judy Greer got the role of Esther Bloomenbergensteinenthal in The Hebrew Hammer (2003) as a costar to Adam Goldberg. In the same year, she also appeared as Samantha in I love Your Work while on the TV side she appeared in Other People's Business and Just Shoot Me as Bridget. From 2003 to 2005, Judy Greer also appeared in 10 episodes of Arrested Development as Kitty Sanchez. In 2004, Judy Greer appeared alongside Jennifer Garner as Lucy in 13 Going on 30. In the same year, she also appeared in two other films: as Kitty Walker in The Village and as Judy (no pun intended!) in Lollilove.

Some of Greer's other works include: The Amateurs, Cursed, The Great New Wonderful, In Memory of My Father, Elizabethtown, Full Disclosure, American Dreamz, 27 dresses, The TV Set, The Go-getters, The Grand and Visioneers. Her 2010 films include: Barry Munday, Marmaduke and Henry's Crime. She has also appeared in a lot of TV series including CSI Miami, Californication, House MD, ER, How I Met Your Mother and Mad Love. She's currently the voice of Cheryl Tunt in the ongoing animated series, Archer.
