Rashad Chuckee Ballard better known as Lil Chuckee is a rapper actor dancer and the youngest member of Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment, which he signed in 2009, he is also one half of rap duo Young Hot BOYZ together with Lil Twist He has released a mixtape Rapper's Market: Just sample and will be releasing their debut album, Child's Play at the end of 2010
