Maite Perroni Beorlegui is a Mexican actress and singer/songwriter, who is best known for starring in Rebelde, Cuidado con el Ángel, Mi Pecado and Triunfo del Amor. She gained international fame as a member of the Latin Grammy nominated pop group RBD. Univision named Maite Perroni as the new Queen of the Telenovelas in 2009.

Maite Perroni was a normal child when she was a little girl and she played all day long with her brothers. Since she was a little girl she wanted to become an actress when she will grew up and looks like her dream became reality because Maite received a role in the famous movie Rebelde.

She started to study acting at Televisa's Centro de Education Artistica and this thing helped her a lot in her career like actress. In the "Rebelde" movie Maite had a beautiful role and she played very well her character and for that she was much appreciated by many people and she gained a lot of fans all over the world. In a very short time, because of a great role she became famous and gained the trust and the love of the people.

After that movie Maite received many other roles in other movies and she accepted very happy all of them because was her big chance to make her career like actress bigger. She also was a member of the famous band "RBD" and with her colleagues she released many albums and songs and they had a real success all over the world.
