Ömer Faruk Aşık is a Turkish professional basketball player, currently playing for the NBA's Chicago Bulls. Aşık, standing at 7'0", was a sought after by many of the top Euroleague basketball teams at the age of 19.

2009-10: Played with Fenerbahce Ulker of Istanbul … played in seven Euroleague games and averaged 8.9 ppg, 6.0 rpg, 1.40 bpg and shot .658 from the field and .364 from the line … appeared in nine Turkish League contests and posted 10.8 ppg, 6.2 rpg, 1.60 bpg, .613 from the field and .429 from the stripe … missed two months of action due to a broken left clavicle.
