There is no denying that Raghav still has a massive following, as evidenced by his hectic tour schedule, but his career has definitely had its ups and downs over the years. Raghav is seen as a 'crossover' artist, who personally sites a fusion of musical influences and styles that include hip-hop, R&B, reggae and soul. He has worked with a variety of prominent producers, including Sly & Robbie, Mushtaq, Peter Wade and Incognito.

In 2008 Raghav had a hectic tour schedule, which included dates in Miami, Detroit, Delhi, Bombay, New York, Bangladesh, Manchester, London and San Francisco. The same year he signed a new management deal with Palestar Entertainment and a new recording contract with Homepage Records. In 2009 the singer announced that he had a signed a recording contract with Universal Music India and subsequently released his new album Identity.

The talented artist has sold more than 1.5 million records worldwide. He is taking on his first commercial release in North America with The Phoenix produced in the U.K. by Labrinth, which should be released in October in Canada. Recently, Raghav signed with Cordova Bay Records in his native Canada because he wanted to stay close to his family. It seems to have ignited an inspirational spark in the singer because the first song off his album is already a huge success. So Much has received a lot of critical acclaim and fans begged for more. They got just what they wanted when Raghav dropped the music video for the hot track in July 2010.
