Rob Sims is an American football guard for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League.

* Acquired via trade by the Detroit Lions April 6, 2010 from the Seattle Seahawks.
* Placed on Reserve/Injured list be the Seahawks September 10. 2008.
* Drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the fourth round (128th overall) of the 2006 NFL Draft.

PRO: Joined Detroit in 2010, via trade with Seattle, to help solidify left guard position on the offensive line. Played his first four seasons (2006-09) with the Seahawks. Has appeared in 57 games (46 starts) during his career, and has played in four postseason games (four starts).
