Thomas Andrew 'Tom' Felton is an English actor and musician. He is the youngest of four brothers and lives in Surrey with his parents and three older brothers. He started his music career when he was singing in church's choir throughout his childhood. At the age of 11, he worked at a fishery and was educated at West Horsley's Cranmore School until the age of thirteen. He later joined Howard of Effingham School which was a comprehensive school in Surrey.

Felton's career began when he first won a commercial role in a coveted advertising campaign. He didn't stop there in commercial industry as he joined another in New York City's Square to shoot a production. Later on in 1995, he performed he performed the voice of James in the television series (Bugs) and landed his debut feature film role in 1997 when he played the part of Peagreen Clock in Peter Hewitt's film The Borrowers .

In 2001, he was known internationally for his portrayal of Draco Malfoy, the bully, enemy, and foil of Harry Potter in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Thereafter, Felton had worked in the film industry for the first four movies, premieres, contributing to articles and interviews, and receiving Disney Channel's Kids Award for the Best DVD Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets on 22 September 2003.

In 2003, Felton worked with his brother Joe Babbitt in the St. Lawrence County Angler's Association at the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. He also joined a diverse group of other organizations to form the World Junior Carp Tournament which involves competitive fishing for ages 11-13 in a family-friendly environment.
Fishing is Felton's favorite hobby and he plans to pursue his qualifications in the fishery management at Sparsholt College in Winchester where his brother had gone for years. Apart from fishing, Felton enjoys other sports such as football, basketball, roller scatting and ice scatting.

Felton is currently dating Jade Olivia who is the assistant to the stunt co-ordinary of the Harry Potter films. She worked on the last few Harry Potter films but was only during, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
In 1997, Felton acted in the film The Borrowers in the role of Peagreen Clock and the following year, he played the role of James in Bugs. This was until 2001 when he joined in the acting of Harry Potter's series mostly in the role of Draco Malfoy.

In 2001 Tom Felton was awarded with the young Artist Award in the category of Best Ensemble in a Feature Film. This was followed in the film Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
