Trumaine McBride is an American football cornerback for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the seventh round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football at Mississippi.

Pro Career:
Originally a seventh-round selection (221st overall) by Chicago in the 2007 NFL Draft. Started 10 of 33 games played for the Bears from 2007-09, before being released on 9/17/09 after the first game of the 2009 season. Signed by Arizona to a futures contract for the 2010 season on 1/21/10.

2009: Saw action in the Bears season opener but did not register any statistics @ GB (9/13) … released on 9/17.

2008: For the second consecutive season played in all 16 games with one start, registering a career-best 12 special teams tackles … totaled four tackles, one pass defensed and one INT … recorded first career INT vs. Min (10/19).

2007: Started nine of 16 games as a rookie, recording 44 tackles, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery … tied for the team-lead with five passes defensed … registered one start at LCB (game 4) and eight starts at RCB (games 7-10, 12-13, 15-16) … made first career start and recorded first career forced fumble @ Det (9/30) … totaled career-high eight tackles @ Phi (10/21) … recorded a career-best eight solo tackles vs. Det (10/28) … registered career-high three passes defensed and one fumble recovery @ Oak (11/11).

College:
Earned four letters at Ole Miss (2003-06), starting the final 34 of 47 career games played … recorded 124 tackles (93 solos), five tackles for loss, four INTs, 35 passes defensed and a blocked kick … led the Rebels in passes defensed as a senior (9), junior (8), and sophomore (16, second in the SEC).
