Yassine Belattar, né le 27 juin 1982 à Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, est un humoriste, journaliste, animateur de radio et de télévision français.
À partir de 2003, il tient des chroniques matinales sur Générations 88.2 et fait la rencontre de Thomas Barbazan avec lequel il forme un duo.
De cette émission naît la célèbre réplique devenue culte « Carte d'identité, carte de séjour : Bonjour ! ».
Il tient également une chronique pour « En aparté » sur le programme télé.
Il participe à des émissions sur Virgin 17 ainsi quà Ça balance à Paris présenté par Pierre Lescure sur Paris Première. Dès février 2009 il anime une nouvelle émission hebdomadaire intitulée Le Belattar Show diffusée sur France 4.
