Home Alone actor Macauley Culkin denies drugs and heroin abuse

We would believe it is not true that famous actor Macaulay Culkin is not in perfectly good health and has problems with drug abuse or/and heroin, but when you see a person looking like that, what would you think? He just doesn't looks healthy. After The National Enquirer reported on the front page this week that Culkin has now only 6 months to live, the rep were forced to respond to lately rumours concerning his health.

And Macaulay Culkin's reps have slammed rumors that the "Home Alone" star suffers from an addiction to heroin and prescription drugs. They called the reports "destructive and insulting."

"The report in the National Enquirer that Macaulay Culkin is addicted to Heroin and assorted hallucinogenics is not only categorically without merit, but it is also impossibly and ridiculously fictitious," Culkin's rep told OnTheRedCarpet on August 2, 2012. "We beseech the responsible media to consider the source and its reputation and to please not perpetuate this destructive and insulting story by pursuing it any further," his rep continued.

The Enquirer also claimed his drug use intensified after he split from long-term girlfriend Mila Kunis, who is now dating newly-divorced actor Ashton Kutcher.

Culkin first sparked concern earlier this year in February after photos were published of the actor looking thinner than usual. The actor's rep also told at the time that his client is not ill. "Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health," his spokesperson stated on Thursday, February 9.

The websites of the television show "Entertainment Tonight" and of the UK newspaper The Sun are among the outlets that published the photo, which is owned by the paparazzi agency INF and was taken in New York on February 8. The 31-year-old former child star, who has usually appeared trim, showcases defined cheekbones and sports a goatee.

Culkin has in recent years appeared on the television series "Kings" and voiced characters on the animated show "Robot Chicken" but is perhaps best known for his role as Kevin McAllister in the "Home Alone" comedy films. He played a child who battles two burglars in his home and in New York City after his family flies away on vacation without him by mistake.
