Justin Bieber facing legal action over his Twitter phone prank

Boyfriend singer recently joked about forming a new band with friend Kenny Hamilton and Maroon 5's frontman Adam Levine.

The "Boyfriend" singer Justin Bieber is now in legal trouble again. Due to his recent phone prank, the Canadian popstar was sued by two Texans who claim they were plagued with phonecalls from teenage girls after Justin shared on his Twitter account a phone number, leaving the last digit missing, that ultimately sent fans into a frenzy trying to guess and calling up random numbers.

With over 19 million followers it was easy to find a real number to call. It looks like teen's prank ended up being people's phone numbers located in Texas. Needless to say, those harassed because of the prank are now coming back with a lawsuit.

The Sun is reporting that Justin tweeted, Call me right now along with the digits but soon took the post down. Unlucky for him though, the damage was already done. An older woman named Dilcie and a man named Kent both received over 1,000 calls and they want compensation including an apology, whether it be cash, concert tickets or an endorsement for an upcoming project Kent is involved in.

Justin is known for his pranks but this seems a bit over the top. He is very friendly and is one of the best celebrities when it comes to reaching out to fans, but he seems to play a lot of tricks on them. He even joked recently that he will be joining a new band with friend Kenny Hamilton and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.
