Nothing's like Muse's video album trailer The 2nd Law!

Muse, most famous for their electronically-inspired guitar and bass tracks and funky rock grooves, haven't given much away with the new video, however, if the soundtrack is anything to go by, things are about to get a lot more wobbly and bass-orientated.

Alternative rock band Muse debuts insanely great dubstep album trailer The 2nd Law. Revealed via YouTube, the trailer for their forthcoming album shares a new bass-wobbling change in direction to dubstep.

Muse most famous for their electronically-inspired guitar and bass tracks but also funky rock grooves, haven't given much away with the new video, however, if the soundtrack is anything to go by, things are about to get a lot more wobbly and bass-orientated.

The change in sound shouldn't come as too much of a surprise to fans, because bassist Christopher Wolstenholme had already revealed that the band were taking on a new style that would be "something radically different" from their older material. He also explained that the band would be "drawing a line under a certain period" with what is their sixth studio album.

The forthcoming new record, which is set for a release later this year, may not be all dubstep inspired, though Muse publicist Tom Kirk had previously revealed that the band has worked with Radiohead, Paul McCartney, Adele and Beck on the new record.
